One of two Starbucks in the broadway. This is better for something quick to go. it tends to be the nicer of the two. Not a good spot for working if that's what you're looking for. Staff are quite nice though. Looks like this Starbucks has had more invested in it. Funnily it's one of 3 Starbucks in a 3 min walk.

I’ve been few times in here, I like the music and the place, stuff seems to be friendly, but i went just now to get a caramel latte, and the lady’s served me cappuccino caramel !! I don’t think they know the difference in between them, so I went back and I purchased another one and I told her please this time I want proper caramel latte with caramel sauce and cream on top, and she served me the same thing !!
I’m very disappointed for the first time today. I prefer the guys shift at least they are well trained and do the job professionally. The girl who’s at the coffee machine needs well training.

The Cafe has recently refurbished the seating areas. It is more specious and easier to find a seat. The staff are friendly and the coffee drinks are warm and delicious. I usually have my morning coffee there once every two weeks.
