Just bought a footlong meatball marinara. Absolutely awful service, really really unfriendly staff. Payment was demanded before they made my sandwich \\u0026 they refused to give me a couple of extra slices of tomato, telling me the amount of topping that is put on is restricted... I had, lettuce, tomato \\u0026 olives(don't judge???) no dressing. UNBELIEVABLE, I will never go in there again

Decent enough food but awful service. Wouldn't swap ham for turkey in my sandwich (which might be company policy I suppose) and then told me they weren't a participating store when I tried to pay with a voucher. I then went home and checked the list of participating stores and they were on it.

Frantics Antics

No sub card reader. Don't do sub breakfasts, white spots on the tomatoes, the Cucumber rated like Tuna, bread was stale and the coffee machine was broken. This is by far, the worst subway I've ever been to. Also was wearing her face mask only covering her chin.

Severely understaffed. I was waiting 10+ minutes while the single staff member made 4 sandwiches, and only after waiting did I find out the meatball marinara is out of stock and the staff member advised me to go to a different Subway nearby.

I've reviewed many subways on Google as I travel nationwide for work and subway has always been my go to everytime I just love them however this place is just a massive disappointment it's a small and dirty little corner shop basically.\\nOne staff there without a clue on any subs kept on checking every two minutes and told me they don't do the new flavours in this branch yet when the wraps had been released over 5 months (she probably wasn't comfortable doing a wrap so I let that one slip)\\nShe was on the phone and kept on checking it whilst serving with her bag on the counter which is very unhygienic I seriously recommend subway need to do more thorough checks on there franchises as it will tarnish there name very badly as if this was my first subway experience I wouldn't be coming back again that's for sure.

There was one two people in the store; one manager and i think someone new. The lady infront of me got asked what she wanted and then the new girl went on to try and serve me without serving the other lady. This immediately made me feel like there was awful customer service in this establishment. I came in with a £5 meal voucher for a footlong sub with a drink and cookie/crisps. I ordered a meatball marina. The woman gave me 4 meatballs in the sub. Like what the actual hell?? This is an absolute rip off, especially as my Co worker went in a few hours later and got 8 meatballs in her footlong. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm not coming to this establishment again.

We ordered 4 different types of subs. 3 of them (the meat subs) tasted off compared to our usual subways we go to. The staff were using the same knife to cut the meat subs and the vegetarian sub. Counters were unclean aswell as the tables. This was unacceptable as the store was empty. Staff didn't know the names of the food which made it difficult to order quickly. They looked sad and as if they didn't want to really be working there. My friend asked the staff why the portions were smaller compared to other Subways, she was told it's because prices of food had gone up and it was to save money. Subway generally is a good place to eat but this store was very off putting and clear why many people don't go there.

Not great to be honest. The staff can be slow and I hate how they wrap my sandwich every time I go there. Also limited seating so be prepared to share a table with a stranger!

was dirty... had to ask for tissue to clean the table myself with my own antibac gel that I had... flies went on the food.. which isn't really their fault. So had to start order again. Apart from that, it was ok.
