I like wags but this is a really average one…Not enough staff, food slow and kinda cold when reached us. Nice building and restaurant but Yh probably better at Nando’s round the corner…

The worst thing we can say about our experience at Wagamama is that it was Fine. Definitely didn't justify the price and it's hard to know whether to recommend the dishes because they always change. The Korean beef bao was great but it does feel like their latest fad is to put Gochujang in everything. The chicken teriyaki soba was bland while the roti and curry starter tasted too strongly of turmeric - almost like drinking liquid liquorice. The prawn nori was a soggy mess drenched in Gochujang, meaning that the nori was very chewy. Overall, the best item we ordered was the cherry blossom lemonade

? This is my first 3 star review in a very, very long time. Many who follow me here on Google Maps know that I am more of a Google Local Guide for 4 and 5 stars because I really have the right nose with my restaurant and cafe visits + discoveries. I have actually loved Wagamama since I first discovered it in Istanbul @2013. But today in London (Hammersmith) I was unfortunately disappointed. Briefly about the 3 well-deserved stars: One star is for the very nice service, the second star for the very chic location, and the third star because the food tasted first-class as always. Unfortunately, two stars were deducted because of the extra long waiting time at the door, even though “many” tables were free and then one star deducted because we waited a long time for the dishes. I got my food first, but my family (3 other people) waited a whopping 25 minutes just after me. However, what I observed was that the delivery services like Uber Eats etc. were always ahead of us and that it is not okay. The prices were in the upper range and unfortunately we have to experience something like that if you wanted to have a nice dinner with the family. So pity :(Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian dishes!Kid-friendliness: Good also!

Can't go wrong with a meal at Wagamama. This one is set in the old fire station at Hammersmith and has everything that you would expect from this chain. Great service, great meals, and all reasonably priced.

Waited about 15 min for a takeaway, the restaurant had many free tables but too few waiters for the 6pm rush hour. The taste was meh, not very authentic. Ordered the vegan mushroom teppanyaki.
