Got take away and they forgot the fries. Again. The food tends to taste pretty good but it is really annoying when they made it look like they reviewed the order and then handed over the bag. Two kids in tow, trying to catch the bus meant I didn’t look at it until we got home. Very annoying.This being said, when you dine in, the service is better and the atmosphere is nice.

Horrible customer service. I ordered an enormous catering package for collection and they were 30 minutes late without an apology, which caused a lot of stress, and the manager gave me attitude when I tried help pack the items that were waiting on the counter. Hopefully this review reminds them that it’s not just the food that matters.

We had a lovely time at this Nando’s, Mo served us and he was very kind and attentive. The food was delish, we had the shared Boneless Platter - the new Peri Mac n Cheese side was amazing. Will be coming back!

I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant. However, I went to use the female toilets. Firstly one of the toilets was left in quite a mess. Secondly, a worker came out the toilet and did not wash their hands. I then saw them handling food afterwards. This is appalling and how food poisoning is spread. I suggest this is dealt with immediately.
