I had ordered 2 tower burgers and 6 chicken wings. However, when I reached home, I checked only 3 wings were present out of the 6. It was really disappointing when you know it's almost 1 am and the last meal of your day would not be enough to let you sleep for another tiring day. I do understand that it was late night and human errors are prone to happen. But instead of having a toxic environment in the kitchen place where the employees would engage in conversation with each other saying things such as "you take 1 hour to take 1 order from the customer", it's suggestive to let the person at the counter focus on taking the order rather than demotivating him to do so!

Yesterday ordered chicken fillet burger and hot wings. When was biting into the burger, I noticed some parts of the bun was hard?.I immediately went back to ask for refund or burger remade/replaced. Due to lack of customer service and no regards about my issue, the server just looked at me. The staff are not English-speaking. Imagine UK based KFC, ALL STAFF COULD NOT SPEAK fluent ENGLISH!!.The cook saw me complain, he went and handed me the plastic bag of bread buns to examine.The BREAD BUNS was FROZEN and was being DEFROSTED openingly on the food preparation counter!!! Staff continue to serve FROZEN BREAD to customers. They knew the bread buns was partly FROZEN and staff still proceeded to make chicken burgers ? with FROZEN BREAD!!!. This is against food safety regulations and H&S!! I will never ever buy a chicken fillet from KFC again. They don't care!!. It's all about money and knowingly providing customers with frozen processed food, because they cannot wait to defrost food and always eager to take money from customers. All staff in Harlesden KFC are like pieces of wood. Dull and unmotivated.No standards of care. Staff are not bothered. Where do they find these people???How do they get employed by KFC??Lack of English speaking or understanding, but they got "interviewed" apparently and seem job worthy. A big KFC LET DOWN!!!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED and OFFENDED with low food standards and customer service. Please provide STAFF TRAINING and ensure they are FIT TO WORK WITH FOOD.???????❌

STUFF NAME (SRI) took my order hes Services is very poor can barely speak Any English very rude and talk with attitude will not be eaten here again. I have made a complaint to KFC complaint team Regarding this matter I hope they take action against SRI.

Missing a piece of chicken and a bottle of soft drink. Ordered again on 28.08.2023 and had to wait 40 minutes, after 10 minutes I left after demanding refund. Staff never happy and friendly - miserable and non-empathic. Waited 1 hour of delays then deliveroo called me saying KFC harlesden messed up order and unwilling to prepare my order for delivery. AVOID KFC HARLESDEN - INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, RUBBISH SERVICE! I WILL NEVER THROW MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS KRAPHOLE.
