Terrible been nandos so many times with and without kids this time was terrible no food out table and floor was dirty and was not ever offered anything for my 2 year old nephew to ait in sat in his buggy for the entire time food was noy good even had to.request a refund for the kids meal bread was hard the loaded chips were not nice found a piece of chicken skin in it will noy go back

Friendly welcome. Overall the food was well seasoned, however, we had to wait 20 minutes before they realized they had forgotten us. The chicken was slightly burnt, which impacted the taste in the mouth. Additionally, the dishes arrived cold. As a gesture of compensation, they offered us two desserts. Unfortunately, the cheesecake was mushy and uninspiring, as was the brownie which had the same bland taste.

Good food, many options. For vegans and vegetarians as well! The staff was kind and helpful, all the days we were here throughout our London trip. Special shoutout to Davide. He was so friendly and went out of his way to be kind and accommodating. 10/10

Great Nando’s, friendly staff. Always seems to taste better here as the staff turnaround seems lower than the usual Nando’s in shopping and tourist areas.Still consistently good, although it was busy and clearly understaffed the staff were AMAZING and did an exceptional job. Food was great, ordered chicken wings (hot) and they were perfect crispy on the outside and juicy and full of flavour inside.We’ve been coming as a family for 8 years now and we have consistently had a good experience.

Manager Sophie looked like she wanted to hit me I was contemplating to call the police on her my self. She publicly embarrassed me in front of both staff and customers when I asked for a free peri sauce in a small plastic pot. Despite the professional relationship between our companies, I didn't request our usual discount, but simply asked for the dip. However, she insisted that I pay. When I agreed and proceeded to the checkout, another manager struck up a conversation with me. I mentioned that I work for the gym and inquired about purchasing a drink and a dip, which prompted her to apply a 20% discount. Yet, Sophie arrived from the other side and loudly scolded me for daring to ask for a discount.Feeling stunned and bewildered, I asked her to stop speaking to me and cancel the order. In response, she asserted her authority to process a refund and insisted that I deal with her. When I implored her to stop her aggressive behavior, she callously and loudly labeled me as "sick in the head" in front of everyone present. I was utterly shocked and felt physically unwell at the sight of someone in uniform verbally abusing and attempting to reduce me to tears. She further threatened to involve the police if I didn't leave, despite my request to cancel the order and depart. Her actions left me feeling publicly embarrassed, verbally assaulted, and deeply intimidated.I would like the security footage to be reviewed, and for other staff members to provide their account of this incident, as they all witnessed it and can corroborate the truth of what happened.Sophie instructed me to stand outside and even misled my manager when he went in to address her mistreatment towards me, feeding him absolute lies while ensuring that I was isolated and unable to defend myself. When I asked for a receipt of my refund, she refused and told my manager that I had walked in demanding free items and a 40% discount, claiming that I had said, "I know the big boss." I am utterly shocked and horrified that she could lie in front of staff who had witnessed everything. She also told my manager to inform me that "I have messed with the wrong manager."This is absolutely disgusting, a clear case of harassment and bullying towards someone who simply entered to eat and then canceled an order. At no point did I insult her, speak down to her, or call her names as she did with me. How is she allowed to work in such an emotionally unstable and erratic manner? Even if a customer was rude, which I was not, a manager is not allowed to insult or threaten people unless they were being physically threatening. I believe this woman to be completely unstable and unfit to manage staff, let alone customers. She lied in front of staff, and my manager informed me of how she has been rude to him and other staff as well. It was a diabolical experience, and I am still trying to get over it.

The staff and manager are rude and obnoxious, called my daughter and I liars!When reported to customer service they didn’t even respond….FAMILY RESTAURANT I don’t think so…….don’t bother.

We were a party of four meeting up after a long time. On arriving we were greeted with a warm welcome and was directed to our table. It was quiet so we didn't take long to get served. When the food came it was hot and tasted good. We were there for more than 3hrs and they didn't threw us out. At one point the waiter asked us if we were happy with everything. I would definitely go back to this branch and would recommend it to friends and family.

Possibly the worse Nandos and that's seriously a low benchmark.Nasty woman at till took my order but had difficulty understanding English which I speak clearly and repeated myself.Ordered:Butterfly Burger Lemon & HerbFriesDrinkFrozen yogurtWas given:Grilled Chicken Burger Garlic BBQNo friesIce machine brokenFrozen yogurt machine not onStaff is rude, gives you dirty looks and snarly. Eventually got the fries after lots of attitude.Manager does her best and was fine but what can she do with horrible staff like this??? She sorted the yogurt at least. She's better than this place.WiFi is unbelievable slow.Also screaming kid's running all over out of control.Avoid this place not worth the stress.

Nandos does a great job of creating the vibe for catching up with friends and family. The food was nice.even if the portions are tint.
