Went to one stop today wait for over 5 mins, one person infront of me, then another person came in, lady bypass me trying to serve the one after me. The person infront of me has to tell her I was next, i was about to leave because this is not the first time this same person do this. Lady said she did not see, am I invisible?? Only 2 of us was in the shop before the third person arrives. I find this very bad.

If they are going to carry on selling stale food I will not be going back. I'd rather go to McDonald's at least they will change your food immediately if you complain.

this restaurant is the worst in terms of waiting time, the time you keep us waiting doesn't make any sense. But it's worth just calling us when you're ready.

I purchased a meal with dessert and drink for the cost of £24.20. The main dish was escovitch fish !! I should have ordered chinese instead the portion was so small for £10 . One Stop , do better . I will never order again !"!!!

Roti was so hard I could not chew it. Could be used as a weapon. Disappointing. I have ordered before but it seem standards have changed. I was told they would let the chef know. Now I have curry nothing to eat it with smh.

I placed an order from here at 6:05pm , I am still waiting for my food now! They didn't apologise for the late ness , and just made excuses . Offered to refund me £3 how insulting ! Never ordering from here again.

The pepper steak was soft. The peas in the rice was just right and the fried chicken was fresh. No old food like the others a 10/10

One Stop, Harlsden used to the place to go for great, authentic Jamaican cuisine. What’s happened? Some staff are miserable, no greeting - we pay your wages! The food, not fresh, under seasoned - where was the scotch bonnet, salt? My meal look liked it contained leftovers like someone had eaten and left and they mixed it with mine. Disgusting. Come on One Stop, fix up. I won’t ever visit you again.

I ordered here yesterday and the food was amazing \\u0026 hot. I have ordered mutton curry, rice \\u0026 peas, chicken wings \\u0026 saltfish dumpling. They have never disappointed me! It was maddd delicious, sorry for the quality it was made as a video on snap!
