I work just down the road Healthways Pharmacy most of times I come down to A2B for my lunch truly love the services they provide very efficient when I walk in the staff are very friendly, humble, helpful and welcoming always have a Beautiful smile on their face. Right from the first moment there is a positive vibe. I love the way that every occasions they decorated the restaurant with balloons during valentines day or mother days the restaurant looks sparkling clean and tidy and the food tast amazing.would suggested little area to work on firstly some of the food are not available they do apologise saying sorry we run out special chaat only opens after 4pm and I really like to have chaat for my lunch I probably have tired everything on the menu and would suggested to add more items such as bombay club sandwich etc and they don't have some of dessert specially my fave Rasmalai ? and other thing is that parking can be a problem to get hold on but I know the fact that's something that can't be solved may areas are like that. the prices for the food is alright I really love their masala chai #chailovers ? I always get chai only from here and (Rutvika didi) knows my order whenever I come in she always puts my chai order first would suggested to low their cost down a bit paying everyday a small cup of tea for just £2.45 is a bit expensive where else shree sai vada pau does it for £1.45 but will continuously come down to A2B for their fabulous services.I also came with my mum and my brother to try out this south indian restaurant they truly love it and also like to thank (Tanvi didi)for the lovely surprise with ghee pongal as complementary really made my day.Once again thank you so much to the whole team at A2B Hats off to Ritu didi,Rutvika didi ,Rupali didi,Mittal didi,Tanvi didi and Krinal didi and many more. you guys are such amazing person and the bestest my second famillllyyy ❤️and also luvvvveee treating you guys with hot chocolate from costa, subway and bubble tea. It was really lovely to treat you guys with pizza to celebrate my birthday.Adding to the overrall enjoyable experience I would highly recommended my firends and family and other to come down to A2B in rayners lane for anyone craving authentic south indian cuisine.

Food was OK. Lots of items on the menu not available. They ran out of chutneys for half of our orders . There are many other South Indian restaurants better food quality than this. Will not visit again..

Pathetic first experience. Nothing that can make us come back to the restaurant. Amateur staff who cannot manage customers very well and don't know how to talk. The restaurant is heavily understaffed, cleanliness is questionable and the food is extremely average.

Under staffed. And staff could be better trained in hospitality.

Thought I would give this place a chance over 5 different visits, however each visit has been abysmal. Dosa which is their specialty is always soggy, they are mostly out of stock on chutneys and dosa items, the service is always rushed, rude and unprofessional. Tables are dirty and upon request to clean, we have been ignored four times. Will not give a 6th chance. Recommended Saravana Bhavan across the road instead.

Pretty disappointing. They didn't have many ingredients for south Indian food. They had indo chinese food. Noodle cooked in Ghee ! Awful taste. Extremely bad service and very rude staff. Surprised that they are still in business. There are several good alternatives in the area. Stay away from this restaurant !!!

Great place and alternative to Sarvana Bhavan. Really like the food quality, kids enjoyed everything that was ordered. The menu is like-for-like that of Sarvana Bhavan but taste slightly better!

If you want to try excellent & different types of Dosas - a traditional Indian dish this is a great place to come. Food is well made & reasonably priced. Try it!

My experience at Adyar Ananda Bhavan on Mother's Day left much to be desired. Despite the anticipation of a satisfying meal, the staff's actions only worsened our dining experience. Initially, we requested mini idlis for our children, but they were out of stock, so we settled for regular idlis. However, after a about 20 mins wait, the waitress informed us that even the regular idlis were unavailable due to a prior order. It was perplexing to find a South Indian restaurant running out of idlis.Moving on to our main orders of 5 Masala Dosas and a Chocolate Dosa, disappointment continued. The Chocolate Dosa was overcooked, bordering on burnt. Despite the long wait, we refrained from complaining. When our Masala Dosas finally arrived, the experience didn't improve. While three were acceptable, two were disappointingly cold. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction to the manager, we were met with excuses and a defensive attitude from the waitress. It was disheartening to have our concerns dismissed in such a manner. The Cheeky waitress returned from the kitchen with the same dosa, insisting it was still hot (pointing it to potato stuffing not dosa), and proceeded to lecture us on how we should address her.Even the sambar served alongside the dosas lacked warmth. Eventually, a fresh dosa was prepared, but the ordeal had already soured our mood. It was evident that the waitress lacked professionalism and customer service skills, further confirmed by another family's similar complaint nearby. As we prepared to leave, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, who offered apologies, albeit belatedly, as the waitress attempted to intervene, only to be halted by the manager.Manager also accepted other table had similar experience with cold food. However, the damage was already done.To the restaurant owners, I urge you to invest in proper staff training to avoid such incidents. Competition in the vicinity is fierce, with establishments across the road providing superior service and quality food. This was my third visit, and regrettably, it will be my last. I encourage others to patronize establishments like Saravanna Bhavan, where customers are treated with respect and provided excellent food.

If you want a taste of India in London then go to Adyar Anand Bhawan (Ryners Lane Harrow - London). You will feel like heaven. Welcome like a guest. There was a girl named Rupali who served me food like someone serves a guest at home. Taste, welcome, heaven, the union of all three means A2B Adyar Anand Bhavan.

Not great at accomodating easy customer requests. Like for a simple herbal tea. They don't keep herbal tea bags but yet mention it on the menu.Avoid Fried cauliflower = no taste just deep fried. No thought put into how to create a nicer flavour.Bhel Puri = below average taste.Portion size = good.Cashew Peas Currey = good.Fresh juices = good they freshly make.
