I recently visited Burger King Harrow and ordered the plant-based Whopper. Firstly, the girl at the till informed me that their card machine wasn't working, accepting only cash. Secondly, she mentioned I couldn't redeem points due to the card reader issue. Most concerning was when she shared that plant-based and beef patties were cooked on the same grill.As a pure vegetarian, this is extremely disappointing. I urge fellow vegetarians to reconsider ordering here. I'm at a loss for words to express my dissatisfaction. #VegetarianConcerns #BurgerKingHarrow

Went there for lunch, service was so slow had to wait about 15mins till I got my food. Drink was not cold. Staff were all round the back having a chit chat.While making food none of them were wearing gloves.Asked for extra mayo was told one per customer.Counter was sticky.Worst burger king I have been too

The staff are wonderful. The food I ordered and received was correct and so tasty. Everything was hot and fresh. I loved having interacting with the staffKid-friendliness: They’ve got these little memory games that are so cool to collect.

Location was clean with plenty of space to sit. The vegan royale was crispy and tasted great. The Fanta slush is also a good shout on hot summer days.

Never go back again!! Absolutely disgusting!!Today I found a warm in my burger. I spoke with the staff and manager, they said that is not a warm and is come from spices even if you can see clearly that is a warm!! I pop that out to demonstrate that and a white liquid came out so definitely not a spices!Instead of help me with the problem they didn’t admit the issue! Horrible

Service was a bit slow. Only two servers, one serving the other preparing the food. The food was nice and hot, the fries were nice and hot.Loads of booths just blocked off not very attractive. Food court in St. Ann has gone downhill. Used to be so busy.

order 2 vegan royal burger & 2 kids meal but they didnt give me toys for kids when i asked say we dont have toys only we have colour book thats why not give i said my kids come special toys how can you forget not satisfied answer
