Cafe Nero has a good range of hot toasted sandwiches,eg ham and cheese cheese and tomato.Also they have other sandwiches as well.They have a good range of sweet treats as well.Lovely,fresh cakes by the slice,also lovely range of coffee drinks,eg cappuccino, latte,americano,espresso.The service is very friendly.They cannot do enough for you.Very nice,clean place.

Completed disappointed in this branch. I go there a lot.My daughter who is 4...wanted to use the toilet. The server said customers only. I find it Absolutely unacceptable and won't be visiting again to be honest. Extremely distasteful.I was forced to buy something after. The lock didn't even work on the toilet, someone walked in on us.Just can't believe what this world is coming to when they don't let a 4 year old use the toilet. Absolutely pathetic.

This is one of the Nero I frequent, and let me just say it is lovely. I always manage to find a seat whenever I come in. I order my usual oats cappuccino with chocolate dusting on top, my always ? especially when Ioana makes it with enough foam on top!This Nero is also great for working on your laptop if looking for a working café, lots of plug points everywhere.Their toasted sandwiches are also delish!

The staff here come up with any excuse not to stamp your loyalty card. "Stamps are only available on the app - not on cards." "If you have a voucher, you can only have a stamp on the app." None of this applies at other Nero branches, so why are the self-important Harrow baristas on a personal mission to create a hostile environment for loyal customers? Clearly they're too busy arguing with customers to clean the tables.

I love the food and the coffee, unfortunately the customer service is very poor. The guy at the till gave me a very dirty spoon with food attached on it and the other member of staff wanted to take my cup away even if she saw that it was still full and I was consuming my coffee.That’s really a shame, I won’t come back.

This Nero needs an uplift its old not comfortable, toilets stink best thing is just for take away its not inviting and welcome like the coffee shops these days.The only good thing about Nero these days its just the coffee quality.
In Harrow Nero, I can’t believe why every day the workers are so angry and unhappy to serve customers . Their attitude like you bring prisoners to serve us for free. In comparison to Uxbridge Nero , Uxbridge branch is 5 out 5And my opinion is not from single visit. I have been regular customer for the last 2 months

Coffee was barely lukewarm. Also, had a lemon roulade which was dry and seemed pretty old (not fresh). Staff were obviously overworked because short staffed so they were very curt.

This particular store are always out of ice, better they remove iced drinks as one off the staff mentioned they are not replacing the machine. 4 out of 5 times they don’t have iced drinks in summer. Other than that Caffè Nero is my favourite place to go for coffee.Please do not visit if you are a fan of iced drinks if Caffè Nero, you will get disappointed ☹️
