The food is good, the staff is good. Saw a mouse running around just when we were finishing our meal, highlighted to the staff and they were casual about it almost like it was a normal sight. No action taken by staff, had to almost run out of the place.

I am disappointed. I used to like their food until they changed boxes. They put a lot of rice and noodles and less toppings than before. Their noodles are so dry now and without vegetables which is odd, and also their noodles are tasteless. Maybe they changed kitchen chef but it’s worse than before. Staff working like robots, no smile and rushing customers. I’m sorry to say that, but now I don’t like it…

The cheapest food you can imagine, literally just flavourness noodles dripping in oil, along with some 'chicken' that had clearly been treated to absorb water. Simply awful and very poor value for money. They are clearly hear to make as much money as possible and ignoring the quality. Avoid like the plague.

Popped into the Liverpool store last night. Saw the recommendations for the app so downloaded that. Offered 5 free pancake rolls with the app. Partner ordered her noodles and 3 toppings which were boxed and I mentioned the rolls only to be told they were all gone. I suggested an alternative only to be told NO, quite rudely.Got the look from my partner and so let that one slide.I ordered my Rice with 3 toppings only to then be asked if I wanted a mixed rice and noodles box. I confirmed I ordered rice only to be told they only had half a portion of rice left…?.Partner knew what was coming…gave the staff member the same ‘No’ he had given me and walked out. Quite amusing seeing his face drop.Could the boxes be made any smaller?Personally didn’t like the look of the place from the start but Partner was keen originally.Staff do not have a scooby about customer service, the place looks cheap as does the food.Deleted the app and ordered a proper Chinese from Jumbo Chinese Liverpool via Deliveroo which was great, cheaper, massive portion sizes and very good quality.As for Stix, they know where they can Stix it. Appalling outlet.

Noodles were overcooked, taste were rather bland, portions are ok with price, but this is nowhere near Chinese flavour, rather English bland flavour. Customer service could do better too. Unless this is the only place open om earth to eat, I won't be coming back
Ridiculous customer service. Portion sizes are different for people. Some get smaller quantity of meat others larger. I witnessed how I got 3 peaces while someone after me got at least 6 for the same size meal. Greedy scummers...Will never visit them again, and will never recommend this place.
Lovely food. I only enter this shop when the men work, when I see from outside a couple of girls who work there who are extremely unfriendly, then I don't enter and buy food otherwise yes I buy their food which is very nice. Those 2 girls should learn some customer service, interpersonal skills, they are extremely unfriendly, not nice at all. One of them with sour face no smile not friendly at all, it puts customers off. Sorry to say but I had to say it so hopefully they will improve their negative bad silly attitude.

Nice noodle bar. I got the box of just chicken (sweet&sour) which was £8. It’s an okay deal, you do get a lot of chicken, I would want to come back to try the bbq chicken.

Prices have gone up, I've got a large box and it was filled as if it was a medium was no way near the top, it was about half way, being stingy with the chicken, I'm paying 8 pounds for a meal that isn't even worth that. Used to love this place but the workers are stingy with the chicken. Fix this, I know I won't be going back anymore I'd rather go cheat meal and get my worth im spending.

The food was fresh, just saw the chef bring a wok of noodles piping hot and the different chickens are cooked perfectly with good flavour. The staff are friendly and give you you a good portion of food even the small box is enough to fill you up. The sweet and sour, caramelised chicken and salt pepper are my favourite and I’ll keep coming here for good food and value for money. Not sure what everyone is complaining about but no place will give the same amount of chicken and noodles/rice in a box, expect more noodles/rice than chicken unless you get toppings by itself.

Mediocre, bland. “Egg fried rice” is uncle bens quality. Terrible vegetarian options
