I found that unlike other Costas, noticeably the Costa up the road in Harrow Wealdstone, this Costa has outdated furniture, tiny little fruit flies everywhere and most noticeably the hot chocolate and coffee are watered down compared to other franchises as well. I've been going there for a few years and it never seems to improve. the straw that broke the camels back was being charged for cream on a free drink which I've never had as a costa club member at other locations.

I like this Costa although I went there one evening a few weeks back at 6.45PM and the doors were locked. I saw lights on and could see staff members at the counter chatting. I knocked on the window to get their attention to see why they were closed as their opening hours on the window said 8PM. They saw me and just pointed at the opening hours again which made no sense to me. I can't tell whether they've changed their opening hours and haven't updated the web/notice or whether they just decided to close earlier for no apparent reason. Does anyone know if the opening hours have changed?

Have visited several times.A great place if you just want to grab a coffee or tea, to meet a friend or have a meeting. It's usually quiet inside on the weekdays. Weekends can get a little busy and noisy both inside and outside.Plenty of vegetarian options if you're choosing to grab a bite to eat too. Service has been consistent and decent each time I have visited. Staff have always been polite and friendly.Vegetarian options: Some hot food available.A few snacks and sweet items available.

Wasn’t at all impressed and seems this franchisee is not taking the Costa Brand seriously. Was really not impressed by being told that my hot tea could not be served in cups/mugs as the dishwasher has been down for a while.To top it the hot hot tea didn’t have the heat absorbers that go round the paper cup.The helping smiling barista made up for the lack of the missing service.

The manager is really nasty..we have to be her to give me the P45. I worked there 2 months and now she doesnt want to give me the p45.worst manager ever honnestly.and the asistent manager is the same as her they complete each other ?way to bossy .im not working there since December and obviosly because she doesnt want to give me the P45 im still a employed there. Please dont work there eveeeer !they are the worst !!!!’

I love this costa. It’s never too busy but not too dead either. I had a tuna melt panini and cappuccino - both were great. Wouldn’t give it 5 stars just because the sofa was full of crumbs and the cafe was empty enough for the staff to notice and clean it. Overall a good experience though.Total came up to £8.35.
