They were very unprofessional, didn't say Thank tou, were talking in their language and laughing maybe they were talking about me or something else but were too busy chit chatting and not acknowledging customers.

I have been frequenting St. Ann's store in Harrow for many years. Sadly the quality of the experience has gone down hill. There are a lot of aggressive beggars circulating around the store, under-aged children vaping away in plain sight of customers, toilets are filthy, there are no CCTVs on the second floor. I sympathise with the overworked staff. Clearly head office care more about their profits than the safety of customers at the store. There should be set procedures in the event of issues - these should not be left unanswered.

Ive had good enjoyable times here with a close friend and myself. They have outdoor seating music and spacious seating. The staff work with efficiency and professionalism. The coffee shop is quiet although you dont tend to feel uncomfortable in my experience also the place is clean.

Yesterday, 14/09/2023, I asked for 2 salted caramel with milk and coffee, one of the sellers always puts too much milk or too much ice. In the end, I fall down to take the 2 frappes, it tasted very weak, the test in the other car was still left for a medium glass that was thrown in the trash. When I got the attention of the barista,(all the time speaking in her language Polish)she started humiliating me in front of everyone that I'm just complaining and if I don't like it, I should never come to that place again!!!!! I feel very bad, very humiliated and I want to mention that I am a frequent customer!!!! Very humiliating!!!!

I had an (oat latte )in take away cup prepared by a staff ( Asian girl) still am suffering from stomach pain , seem they don't know to test the temperature or deep clean cutlery or everything are kept dirty contaminated or maybe they don't have pest control for rats .I took some pottasium and magnesium CITRATE to calm down my stomach and my entire body .Please local Manger Costa a multi millions business you should train your staff health and safety.

Walked in hot, to be met by a face that didn't want to be there. Revolving electronic displays showing the drinks on offer, 3 or 4 at a time. I asked what cold fruity drinks they sold, they rolled their eyes and gestured towards the screens saying "you'll just have to look at the menu."Basic customer service isn't hard, just hit me with a few suggestions and I'll buy one. Don't, and I'll walk out and get something somewhere else. Found a very nice independent place just up the road from there where we're currently enjoying an iced drink and some fresh squeezed juice, served by a lovely lady with a smile.
