Ordered pizza and they were cold and tasted stodgy. When we rang the Manager to inform him of this he was extremely rude and not willing to do anything about it and not willing to listen. Will not be ordering from them again. So disappointed as we have been ordering from them for years.

Ordered food and stood outside waiting for it, saw someone drive past did not stop, turned around and left. Was marked as delivered so rang the restaurant the lady was so rude and started shouting saying he was banging on the door and rang me 7 times I never got a single phone call. They eventually came back after 15 minutes forge the dips, the pizza was freezing cold. Wouldn’t recommend

I would leave 0 stars if I could.I called up to ask about current deals and pick up time. The person who answered wouldn’t give me any information and insisted I order online or come into store because he “didn’t have time to be on the phone”.To his surprise, I showed up in store within a minute as I was parked across the road and told him how rude he was and that this level of customer service is unacceptable.Instead of simply apologising for his phone manners he proceeded to argue with me!Do not recommend.

I had very bad experience yesterday night. I ordered garlic pizza bread and 1 large pizza both of them was very wrost and I cant even eat. I have spent money for it and its not worth it Quality of food is not good.

Watched the lady make the pizzas.... cross contamination of meat then making veggie pizza was a norm. No gloves were used, nor were her hands washed in between. The veggie pizza only had cheese in the middle, edges were just sauce.Not sure if all dominos do this but it's been quite off putting to see as a vegetarian.

Have used this branch a number of times and the service gets worse every time. I’m assuming they are understaffed (if not then they are just terrible) - 30min wait for pizza turned to over 50mins. No updates given and if you call the store their either don’t pick up or pick up and hang up immediately to avoid speaking to you. If you order in the app you can’t even cancel and order from elsewhere so have to wait. Would give 0 stars if I could

It's a complete waste of time ordering from these guys, they have my full complete address via the app and have driven my pizza somewhere in the wrong direction and act like it's mine fault they can't read or whatever is wrong with their employees...

Buy your pizza from here if you want crackets making your food. The people working there are sitting in the back next to some trash bins, smoking weed and sigs, with their sellers and some other junkies. Also, the place where they hold some of the ingredients are in some dusty old cabin where they sit on them while smoking in that cabin, also they letting their other junkies who don't work there to come in and sit on them so they can smoke too, because of the rain. If anyone wonders how I know this, I'm their neighbour, and I see them every day for the past 5 years.
On Sunday 1st October 2023, I phoned Domino’s Belmont Circle at 12.44pm. They picked up the phone and I said I would like to place an order. I was told that we are busy and don’t take orders over the phone and need to place it online. So I asked him, why did you pick up the phone if you are busy? He replied “I have to answer the phone to tell everyone to place orders online!” We were nearby so went inside, they were not busy at all. Being busy was his excuse, I think he is lazy and can’t be bothered to take the order on the phone. A load of crap!

Forgot sweetcorn on both pizza's, and then didn't answer my 14 calls. I suspect the workers may be great, but are severely overworked due to understaffing.
