tbis was my first ever time trying Nando’s and honestly im disappointed. i ordered the sunset chicken burger and as I took my first bite it was raw. I further inspected the burger and all throughout it was pink. I was hesitant on telling the manager but when I did he simply said “I promise it’s cooked.” And when my cousin asked if he could remake it he said it was “cooked so no need to”. I normally don’t write reviews how ever this was my first experience of something like this.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Station Rd Harrow Nando’s team, especially Manuel. As a loyal Nando’s fan, I have visited many branches over the years and had both good and not-so-great experiences.However, the Harrow Station Rd location is by far my favourite. The team there takes such pride in perfectly preparing each order, whether dining in or takeaway. Even when something isn't perfect, the team, especially Manuel, handles it with care to immediately correct any issues without making me feel uncomfortable.This genuine care for customers is what makes the Station Rd Harrow Nando’s really stand out from other restaurants. Manuel in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. His friendly service stands out as a highlight of my visits. Well done, Manuel and team! Keep up the amazing work and care for your customers.

Great place to eat. The waiter named Felipe is very friendly and very welcoming to us. He is so polite and respectful. I commend him. Regarding the food, well it’s Nandos so grilled chicken is always delicious.

Mal, our waiter at Nando's, was exceptionally accommodating. He not only ensured we got the seating we preferred but also went above and beyond by adding our special preferences to our order. We greatly appreciate his attentiveness and the overall fantastic service we received.

Me and my wife went for a meal there. Atmosphere and food was amazing as always. Want to call out Mihai. He went above and beyond to ensure customer service was 5 stars. I normally go to South Harrow as its closer but will now be coming here as I had an amazing experience. Thank you.

Customer service is an embarrassment. My mother and her friends recently ate at the restaurant and they were harassed by the manager. It’s sad that in all the years I have been there with her, no one has said a rude word to my mum. The day she goes alone, staff members felt comfortable to constantly harass her. Being a middle aged woman whose first language is visibly not English should not give anyone the courage to be rude to her not once but several times. Pathetic! When she complained and asked for the manager, the rude staff said she is the manager and that she should talk to her. Pathetic really!

The eating experience was poor. The food was okay but the customer service from the manager was so bad. His name is Manu he was shouting at his employees infront of us which I found to be very rude he has no decorum and clearly does not have the respect of his subordinates. He was loud and abrasive. He was aggressive for no apparent reason. Such a person should not be a manager and should clearly be re trained as a whole his actions have caused a nasty stain on my experience at Nando’s. Avoid this Nando’s at all costs me.

Nando’s is always a good place to go and grab lunch or dinner, or both ?❤️ fave place when it comes to HOT chicken wings with mashed potatoes/ peri peri salted chips and mixed leaves salad! ? and of course, a refillable glass of Coke! And I always go for the dressings, I don’t like eating naked! ? #
