Really enjoyed my meal at Nando's this evening, Yasmin, Shanaiya and the other stuff were super friendly and warm. They made sure to check in on us and make sure we were ok. I tried my half a chicken with the Churrasco marinade and it was delicious. I think that should be added to bottled sauce range as well. I also tried the rainbow slaw and that was very fresh and tasty as well.

We visited on Thursday at around 6 pm. We didn't have to wait long before greeted by a member of staff who asked us where we liked to sit and that we could sit anywhere of our choosing. Once at our table, he asked if we had been to Nandos before and asked if we had any alleges that they needed to be aware of. We were left to order via the app. Glasses came to our table, and on inspection of my glass, there was food still covered all over one side of my glass. The waitress had seen me looking and reproach the table, asking if my glass was okay , and she then immediately saw the food still stuck to the glass. I'm just wondering why this wasn't checked before bringing it to my table. I observed her speaking to another female member of staff and showing the glass in which appeared to be the manager. The waitress brought over a fresh glass. We waited approximately 10 mins for our food to arrive. The service was good and the food was nice. We both tried a new burger that is on the menu, and I do recommend it to try. The atmosphere was good. Music at the right level. The restaurant was clean, and the staff seemed to be on the ball welcoming customers in and thanking customers as they left in which they did the same for us when we left. After our meals, we went to use the bathroom, and unfortunately, this was where it let down the restaurant. It was clear that a member of staff hadn't checked the toilets in a very long time. The bathroom was dirty. Tissue on the floor. Sink blocked and full of dirty used water floating in the sink. The baby changing area in the disabled toilets was used for a storage area for their creates. What a letdown as everything else within the establishment was great.

I like Nando’s in general, but this store was probably one of worst Nando’s stores I’ve been to.The ordering service was extremely slow, with only one person operating a till when there were three tills. (We visited on a Thursday around 3pm, with no football match) There is the option to order online but clearly everyone prefers to order in person. As a result, we joined the queue and had to wait over 10 minutes before we could order. The display was not working either so the lady had to repeat the order after to check as well. When we were eating, there was a point when 15 people were waiting in queue, which was ridiculous. If you are in a hurry, don’t come here.The attitude of staff are not as good as other stores either, probably because they are all tired. Not much enthusiasm.It seems like the easiest way to fix this is to employ more staff.Nando’s has become more expensive as well recently, with most items increasing in price. Chicken wings were also especially small, compared to before. Not as good as it used to be.Vegetarian options: Some veggie options available, clearly labelled.This place also says halal chicken by the door.

What a fantastic service provided by the staff.We were a group of 5 hungry people and managed to get us seated after a cup final Sunday evening.Great attentive service by the manageress and her entire team. Managed so well with the order as one of our group has cheese and nut allergies.The best Nando's we all visited.
The chain restaurant is nice and clean. The burgers were delicious. The only thing went wrong that couldn't make a payment through up, everyone one was queuing to pay at the till.The chain restaurant offers chicken dishes. The burgers and pita were excellent, with good spiciness. The restaurant was clean and there weren't many people. The only negative is that payment did not go through the app and everyone paid through the cash register.

I wanted to say amazing service and meal my family had on Wednesday for my daughter’s birthday. She has Coeliac Disease and so has to eat Gluten Free. The manager was so helpful and explained what she could have and made sure the order came out separately himself and just went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for making this a good experience for her birthday!Dietary restrictions: They are more than helpful with dietary restrictions and making sure that your food is correct .
