The lack of a happy greeting, a smile, a sincere effort to provide a great experience and the empathy to deal with complaints. In this subway a 12" gluten free sub is priced at 2 x 6" and there's no amount of discussion that will result in the better value price of a 12" sub. The fact that GF subs come in frozen 6" sizes is apparently my tough luck. Yet in other stores I get the discount given for any other 12" sub vs. 2 x 6" sub because some staff and some managers know that having a dietary restriction shouldn't result in having to pay more.Dietary restrictions: Having a dietary restriction shouldn't result in having to pay more and Subway need to set and monitor their rules about this.
