It was our last day before we flew out came here for nice traditional British food. Have been here many time but this will be my last. The bar had such a bad odor . Our drinks were served in wrong glasses almost like water glasses. Barely any clean up done . Ordered food and the guy did not pay attention. Our food was totally wrong ! It was horribly looking my ale pie looked from frozen and was served upside down go figure ? He didn’t even know how it was supposed to be . They bought us extra plate of baked potatoe which we did not order and food was all cold. Menu said comes with drinks however did not get that either. Worst experience ever and quality of food has gone downhill . Very disappointing! As I have recommended this place to others but not anymore. We stayed hungry that night was super upset . This place needs proper management and good customer service .
