I simply cannot resist going into this place and trying out the doughnuts and cakes etc. the baguettes are so tasty and fresh. The hot beverages are so rich and taste to perfection. Friendly staff are always say hi when walking in and choosing what to have. Wenzels you are by far the greatest bakery I have ever came across in town.

The girls who work there NEVER smile, they have zero customer service.The store manager is very very rude. Last week the store manager handed someone's bread after coughing into her hand and instead of washing hands she just wiped herself on her trousers and carried on serving. UTTERLY DISGUSTING? ?.OH MY DAYSSSS,i couldn't believe it.I will never go there again. The service in the wenzels in harrow on the hill station is better.

Terrible quality for the price, staff so rude. Avoid Windsor wenzels. A shame as others I have been to were nice. Ordered food from just eat, the order was all wrong, called Wenzels and they didn’t want to know and just hung up on me. Won’t be going there again or recommending them.

Ordered through Uber eats and half my order was missing, when I phoned up they couldn’t care less and just told me to contact Uber for a refund, awful customer service will be sticking to Greg’s from now on.

A few months back half hour before closing I went in and they had no Cornish pasty’s, the 2 guys working were very helpful and cooked me one and I waited. Yesterday and today I have been in still no Cornish pasty’s, said I would wait for one to be cooked and was told it would take 40 mins, which it only took half hour when the helpful staff members had cooked it before. basically they was refusing too cook it and I have just been back in today and was told there not cooking any.
