I just got my pizza delivered and it was freezing cold i rung the restaurant to come collect the pizza and give me a refund, the pizza looked like it was a overnight pizza and was defrosted.will not be ordering again

We use to order from them quite often as it was alright at first and considering the fact that it is just around the corner, the service was quite fast aswell. Not anymore! I do not know what happened, but we had some problems all of a sudden and decided to stop ordering from them. Waiting time was way outside their timeframe! Our food was cold and they decided to deliver a different starters than we have ordered no questions asked whatsoever! Today (a few months after) we decided to give them another chance and the experience was even worse!!! The live chat was a joke as some random annoying sentences were sent back to us without any sense to it. Delivery guy didn’t answer his phone nor called back and when finally arrived, simply washed his hands off , stating that it has got nothing to do with him! It is a couple of miles from our home and within that time I would be able to take a shower, dress up and walk over there then cook and walk back and it would still be quicker - no joke! Pizza and starter- cold again and no one was happy to take responsibilities. Normally I can’t be bothered to voice my opinion online, but it got under my skin big time! As clearly these people are taking a piss and it wasn’t a “one off” but two back to back - delivered in the same bad manner without any sign of tinny care! No more!

Don't ever order from here waited nearly an hour for the food to be delivered but never arrived and unable to call the number as its constantly is busy and ordered through just eat unable to get a refund alsoIts a scam DO NOT ORDER from this establishment

Waited an eternity for a cold pizza only for it to be delivered by a complete bumbbling fool who in a rush decided my wife looked so much better wearing the garlic bread rather than eating it. He then proceeded to insist on full payment for our meal although all calamity caused belonged solely to our clumsy delivery driver. . Bad time allround.
