The 1 star is so I can leave this review.WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENSE ONLINE IS !Ordered over £200 worth of food for collection to only be informed the day of collection that all the meats we selected are not available. NONE, NADA, NISCH !Are you serious Asda. Really.Multi Million pound organisation and you think this is acceptable.Never shopping with you again. Lost a good customer BUT you probably don't care.....Merry Chri.......can't be bothered ?

Visited Asda in Hayeson boxing day I needed the ladies which was locked disabled toilet was also locked so went into baby changing which had a toilet in there I was disgusted bins over flowing no soap to wash your hands and it was filthy so disappointed the whole store was a mess plenty of staff standing around chatting come in ASDA what's going on

Closing time on Saturday is at 22:00hrs, by 22.00hrs the security guards are near the gate informing that the store is closed. Also on the website the closing time is mentioned at 23:00hrs. Wrongly marketed.

BBQ cooked chicken from the hot bakery seems tasteless to me. Heinz spaghetti normal version tastes almost saltless, very boring to eat, not like I used to remember.

Why don’t your security staff treat people with respect before jumping on them without any evidence. The security guards are at the time of departure. Unless your security alarm goes they have no reason to stop them or accuse them. Your security staff are the most rudest and aggressive, and staff are unhelpful. They much rather be chatting then helping customers. Management you really need to at your cctv footage to see this. Awful shop.

Housekeeping is absolutely atrocious, from walking in to walking out. The steps upto the shopping area was full of dirt, cigarette butt's receipts and napkins from the cafe total slipping hazard on a large flight of steps, toilets were unbelievable a raw sewage treatment plant would have smelled better. Every toilet filled with cr*p, urine all over the floor, toilet roll in sinks, and the disabled/baby change toilet was filled with everything imaginable for a toilet and flooded. Environmental health would have a field day in this store. Unbelievable
Absolute diagrace to shop in this store. The staff, where they sell tobacco/cigarette, etc male/asian named "WALAH" (that's what he told me his name was, he didn't even had his name on his name batch) has no patience to deal with the customers. No manners at all. He's got no idea about customer service, when the queue got increased he blamed me for it. What a shame, he spoke to me like one of those guys in the street. 10/20/2023 Approx 1314hrs, Hayes ASDA.

Popped in to use the cafe and toilets - oh my goodness, the women's toilets are the most disgusting I have ever seen. I won't add a photo as I'm sure it would be removed for being a foul image in public. All of the cubicles are blocked, full of paper and faeces, and some of the seats are off the toilets. Don't use this Asda for facilities - it's a biohazard!!

This Asda store has good prices and selection, including even some clothing and toys. We liked the cart escalator and the convenience of 24 hours operation most days.

Appalling customer service. I waited almost 10 minutes in the queue at the customer service counter. Only one person (officially) serving while one other was stocking the shelves. I watched the woman stocking the shelves serve the customer behind me (scanning his scratch cards) then when I asked her to serve me as well, she said “sorry sir, just doing my job” then when back to stocking the shelves

What's the story with the ladies toilets??? They've been in an absolutely disgusting state the last two times I've used them. The toilet seat in the first cubicle been lying on the floor for weeks, toilet paper all over the floor in each cubicle, two toilets half filled up with water - both times I was there it was first thing in the morning, so it's not that they're in a state each time after a hectic day's footfall. They're obviously not cleaned daily or even weekly as they reek...Restroom hygiene is a basic requirement, get your act together, for the love of God!!!!
