Extremy rude customer service from the horrible young lad running the till. DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT and make cutomers walk to the cash machine. once i finally managed to order my food and reached out to take it the horrible guy made a point to put the food on the counter and ignored my hand, digusting behaviour and very childish. stay well away!

I ordered directly from their website but regretted it immediately they do charge more for delivery than on ubereats so that was a fault of my own. But one reason I ordered from the website I thought the service would be the same. The food arrived cold and over 40 minutes which should be the latest for asap. They put a number for their store on the receipt and online but it cuts instantly when you call? I called about over five times. Not only that I was charged more for having a specific flavouring of my fries and this was not there either. I would not recommend.

Amazing food, and it's ant even costly. Their whole chicken is my favorite and is for £12. It's enough for 2 people. Their Peri Peri fries are delicious as well.

The burger was fairly good but the price was quite absurd. 2 burgers for £13 is quite a lot in my opinion but other than that it was pretty good and was made quickly. I am just basing this review off the burger which I tried so the other options may/may not be good.

Ordered through JustEat, and all of my food was delivered cold. I called the shop immediately, saying that "drivers pick up the food without thermal bags" and offered to cook me FRESH food. I took all the food back, explained who I was and what I was bringing the food back for and then in front of my face prepared "fresh" food that was just as cold as what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting service. Shop is more than happy to serve lukewarm meat products to then blame delivery drivers for their own shortcomings. The person who I'm assuming was in charge for the day stated that refunds are only handled through JustEat, and did not wish to grant me an in person refund. I then stated I wanted a short note signed by him stating that the restaurant verbally accepted liability for delivering my order cold. Even after verbally confirming the restaurant accepts liability, he was not willing to provide any written proof of this. All he was concerned with was ending the conversation instead of providing any form of customer service. Absolutely disgusting service, cold and disgusting food. I've also put in a formal complaint through JustEat regarding the overall service and food hygiene safety.

Food was good but they take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver.The time shown was 35 minutes and food arrived 1hour 15 minutes later!You are much better off picking up or going elsewhere.They also have problems giving the right things when you order!Not a good experience.

Grilled chicken burger and wrap had burnt chicken, over cooked. Peri peri chips had too much seasonings. Disappointed in the food quality. Burger was so small. Wasted £13. Could have got better food from McDonald's or KFC.
