Ordered a chai latte and got a tea I could've made at home. When I pay £4 for a hot beverage I expect better. The staff have been ran into the ground and look disinterested. I don't blame them cus they were only 2 working.

Only came in to meet someone briefly (their decision to meet here) so ordered a small latte - expressed 'small' when I ordered...realised I'd been charged for and given medium when payment came through on phone...Easy way to make 30p franchisee...another reason to deplore coming to these places which rip you off so much in the first place...unfortunate but predictable.

I ordered an iced drink and when they gave me a hot drink. The man said no you didn’t order iced how is he telling me what I ordered when I don’t order hot drinks ? so rude. The lady who remade my drink for me was lovely though.

It's a Costa! So the food and beverages are consistently good quality however this particular branch isn't a place you want to go if seeking some quiet coffee indulgence,the last couple of times I visited this particular branch the atmosphere was not the best with screaming children running amok, now don't get me wrong, I know how toddlers can be, but the parents of these children didn't seem to care their children were running around like mini whirlwinds.. If nothing else they should've worried about them potentially hurting themselves.let alone bothering other customers.. The staff too didn't think to have a polite word to the accompanying adults.Oh well.. I won't be going there again!!
