3 stars only for the amazing taste of pepparoni pizza slice rest it was given cold to me. Not heated. The cheese was a crust at that point of time (it was that cold). The taste was good. The service was okay. I would say it can be better if they serve hot pizza slices.

Stereotypical profiling - it’s disgusting. My bf walked into the store with a bright blue hoodie coz it was cold outside and they told him that if he tries robbing the place he will be prosecuted. WTH this is disgusting - you don’t deserve to work if you’re not ready to treat people with respect

Bad service. When asked a member of staff to warm up the pastry she said she can't so I requested money back and I said I don't want the pastry anymore. The member of staff threw the money on the counter. Very rude. First time I got bad costumer service at Gregggs bit I guess it depends on the location...

Not the best Greggs around as the people serving you are not nice. Go there only if in real need of bakery. Greggs at Stockley Park is much better

Staff members are unfriendly and unpleasant. Upon being questioned about the food's warmth. I was informed that Gregg's policy is to serve customers as they are. As opposed to before, when I received a stale, stone-cold cheese and onion bake, I now just ask if the food will be warm or not. After some research, I learned that it is Gregg's policy not to heat the atmosphere in which the food is stored, utilise heat-retaining packaging, or advertise the food as hot because it is simply freshly baked all day and then allowed to cool. In contrast, if something is cold, it signifies it isn't fresh, which is bad news for us people. I would request to stop serving stale food.
