Waited almost 1 hour 30 mins for my food. Rang them about 5 times regarding the delay of order and they keep telling me it’s coming. When food arrived it was soggy and wet due to condensation and also had a missing item from my order. Tried to call them again about this multiple times and they didn’t answer my call but as soon as driver calls them, they answer with 5 seconds. Appalling service

Been ordering from here for 4 years now but recently things seem to have changed for the worse. The chicken green curry with rice isn't the same, taste and color have changed. It used to be the best in the area but is now just ok. The prices have almost doubled on deliveroo and a 5£ delivery charge has been added on their website. Sadly just not worth it anymore.

Asked for curry and chips came in a bag of chips and a carton of curry sauce. I explained I wanted to eat it now and was expecting it to come in a tray as I ordered a fork. Was told it doesn’t after an argument was given a box to put it in absolutely no customer service and extremely rude wouldn’t recommend this take away and will Never go again plus chips still frozen inside ?

If I could give zero stars I would , I ordered there crispy quarter duck and proceeded to create a wrap using the duck meat , there small bones in the meat , as I bit into it , the bones pierced my gums and created a bigger gap in my teeth , this was the worst experience of my entire life I have never experienced pain from eating but today I did , I can understand there being one big main bone , but not small bones fragments that appear like meat, also there salt and pepper chicken taste more like bland fried chicken, I would avoid ordering from this place as it has gone drastically downhill.

And very worst customer service so I don't recommend this shop for who is looking best and hygiene food.
