We used to order food from them from 2019, unfortunately after what happened today, we won’t order food anymore! When THEIR driver came to delivery food, my dog went outside to bark. He is a small dog who always barks to new people but he NEVER bite anyone! NEVER! This gentleman kicked my dog away and he made a whimpering cry noise. This is cruelty!

I have been ordering meals for some time now and will not waste my money again on this place. I have repeatedly told them the food is tasteless, only once did I get a great Won Ton soup. But once out of so many orders in the hope of getting a great treat is not worth it. Enough is enough. Food is shockingly unacceptable. Perhaps the food agency should take a look at this place as the food here is of very poor quality.

Lots of rice is Much better than chummy yummy.Chummy yummy don't know how to cook.I definitely recommend lots of rice.

They forgot the trimmings with the duck and not that interested to have it delivered asap which didn't happen for another hour. The delivery charge should not be over £25 and the service charge is a cheek. The food isn't too bad but they have lost our custom.

Was disappointed due to drop in quality of food & quantity of protein. Have been coming here for years as it used to be great value for money - once was good quality food & taste. I can understand the need to put prices up but the quality of what’s provided should not change on top of that! Customer is being squeezed and short changed in many ways.

Due to the changes of staff such as chefs the foods quality has dropped dramatically and service has also gone down. A shame it was really great takeaway place but never again.

The quantity of food was good and delivery was in a reasonable time, but everything was lacking flavour. The menu said that beef in black bean sauce was spicy. Unfortunately nobody told the chef. It was as bland as bland can get. The roast pork fried rice also had no flavour. If I’d been blindfolded I would have guessed that they had given me plain egg fried rice. Still searching for a decent Chinese in this area.

I ordered food from lots of rice the lady said it was going to be an hour , after waiting an hour and ten minutes I rang and sat where the food was , the lady was VERY RUDE on the phone NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.WHEN THE FOOD DID ARRIVE AFTER 1HOUR 50 MINUTES IT WAS DESCUSTING. I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN, NOT EVAN AN APOLOGY.
