I have literally seen how during the assembly of a burger with bare hands, a newly arrived employee came into the kitchen from the street and shaked hands with the cook with dirty hands. The cook, in turn, didn't even bother to wash his hands afterward, continuing to cook the burger. It is easy to get poisoning or worms in such a place. The atmosphere is very noisy, and you have to wait in a queue for 15-20 minutes to pick up your order. The tables are dirty, nobody wipes them, thank God I always have wet alcohol wipes for such an occasion. I don't understand how you can treat your business like this, especially when the main customers are children.

Bad experience... I popped in this evening to order some food after a long, exhausting day in London. I've ordered 2 plain triple cheese burgers, 1 share box mozzarella dippers, 1 share box chicken nuggets, 5 chicken selects, 2 large coca cola classic. Look what I've got: 1 double plain cheeseburger instead of 2 triples, 6 mozzarella dippers instead of a share box, one large fries instead of 2 and 2 coca cola zero instead of classic one. Absolutely horrendous place, staff is rude and not helpful at all. Ridiculous... please guys check your orders before upu step out from this place.Will never recommend it to anyone.

This place doesn’t have drive-through, not sure why it comes up as drive through.Parking: You can only park on the street, there are also cat park available nearby, by wilko.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough place for wheelchairs, downstairs there is an accessible toilet too.
