I ordered jalapeños cheese bites but I got the plain cheese bites and when I asked for the sauce they wanted extra for the sauce so made a mistake by ordering in this shop and spicy chicken wings was plain chicken wings not spicy at all

Went and ordered a large slush, thought maybe she gave me a regular. When I went to clear this and get a large I was told I had to pay extra which was all fine but after that the behaviour and tone when I was asked what else I wanted was very rude and horrible. I wasn’t rude or angry, I simply wanted to know if I definitely was given a large as the cup looked small and I was charged £2 for a regular cup of slush. Not happy with the service at all. There was no need to be rude.

Don’t go unless you want to find a staple embedded in the chicken burgers. We called them to inform them once this was found, they couldn’t understand what we were saying so after repeating ourselves 4 times, they asked us to bring it back to the shop and show the manager this. Once we arrived back there, the manager was apparently gone. The lady in the shop not only didn’t apologise, but accused us of putting this in there ourselves and said its mostly eaten so this shouldn’t be a big deal as she offered a £2.50 refund.. I mean it would have been if it ended up in anyones, especially a child’s throat, some remorse or accountability of this huge carelessness from them would make sense. Oh and after reluctantly giving us our 2 meal orders refund, she told us never to come back! Rest assured we wont!
