ordered from here it doesn’t give you an exact time for delivery and you can’t track the driver the women that called had an attitude was very rude to me and lied saying the driver had been waiting 15-20 when he eventually showed up he called me 2 mins before and told me he was here and to come out side. But I was already waiting at the door as the women was threatening to not deliver my order very horrible customer service not worth the price food was then cold.?

Btilliant! The food tastes clean, it's not swimming in excess oil, and good quality. Highly recommended, and will be ordering for home delivery in future too.

I think this takeaway has changed hands recently. A new shop front and AWFUL food. I got a Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. I am not a person who knows food and eats takeaway all the time. But even I know that the food was stale, bullet hard and awful!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

Ordered nearly 25 quids worth of food,most of it was inedible.Fried Rice was hard and Crispy Chill Beef was stuck together in a big lump.First and last time ordering from here.

Sub standard food and service. Our £45 order consisted of lemon chicken, beef chow mien, chicken curry, egg fried rice & chicken Chinese style. Everything was bad, we’ve ordered here at least once a month for a long time. All of the chicken dishes were dry and over cooked (we later found out their fridges weren’t working so suspect it was all yesterdays food) the rice was hard and the curry we asked for medium but was extra hot at the least. The lemon chicken though, this tipped us over the edge the chicken was indescribable but the sauce which came separate…. Tasted like what I imagine flash lemon floor cleaner mixed with cif lemon pancake sauce would taste like. We phoned to complain, the manager wasn’t there, then he was but was fixing fridges. We took the order back to the take away and were refused a refund because we’d eaten some. Well of course how else would we have known it was awful, our spidey senses?? The boss was nonchalant and unapologetic for anything. I won’t lie, it then got heated after politeness led nowhere. Will never eat nor recommend this place ever again after years of loyalty.
Crispy duck was all crispy, no meat, hoison sauce was not like I tasted, I'm sorry to make negative comments as we are all struggling, but was not a nice meal

Ordered 3 items large sliced beef with onions egg fried rice & crispy chicken order arrived large sliced beef was normal size called store who was unable to deal with my query and had to refer it to manager who was out doing the deliveries as he had no drivers after a call from him he agreed to replace whole order to what I had originally ordered after another 1 hour wait for my correct food which he did say it would be around that wait time .No compensation for the inconvenience caused by his business and also no prawn crackers in either of the orders as stated on his web site will not be ordering fromRoyal Jade inn hayes again very disappointed
