I wanted a custard slice, and showed them my free dessert offer, from my birthday, Was told very rudely that it was just for doughnuts. We asked where does it show that. And was told again it is just for doughnuts. The staff at Lewisham shopping Gregg's need a bit more training. And learn not to be so rude.
