The place is located inside Lewisham Hospital. The set up is well presented. It has its negatives and positivesThe staff are friendly and excellent customers service. However most sandwiches don’t seem to be freshly made as most of the time it is evident during display . Encouraging of food hygiene gloves would be something to look into the fact that it is based inside hospital most of the time the front serving staff tend not to be using glovesThe countersink or sandwich counter would do with regular swiping as the dust is evident.Lastly the prices are way overpriced compared to what is offered.Cleanness needs to be improvedImprove on the staff food gloves usageBest hot drinks but cold sandwiches need’s reviewing.Wheelchair accessibility: Being located in the Hospital or on site of University Hospital of Lewisham

It's a nice place to relax, have a mini bite and tea, while waiting or having a break.

Normal coffee franchise but too expensive. City London prices charged and this in a hospital.

The food is quite nice but it's a bit expensive for what you're getting.

Great Ambiance, Disappointing CoffeeI recently visited Muffin Break, and I must say, the exterior of the place is quite inviting. It seems like they prepare fresh sandwiches daily, which is a promising start. However, my experience was marred by the quality of their coffee.I ordered a flat white, expecting a well-balanced blend of espresso and steamed milk. What I received was more like a 16oz glass of hot milk with barely a hint of coffee flavor. It was a letdown, to say the least. The coffee lacked the richness and depth that I typically associate with a flat white. While Muffin Break's ambiance and the promise of fresh sandwiches are appealing, I hope they pay more attention to their coffee quality in the future to offer a more satisfying experience to their customers.

I have a minor disability which the staff recognised immediately and made me feel at ease. My order was processed quickly and bought to me at the table. I can't fault the staff and the service they gave me. Well done.

Is it what it is really average coffee shop. Had sausage roll priced like a couture one tasted just a bit better than Greg's.
