We visited yesterday because it was my mother's birthday and she decided she wanted to dine here. My mother and daughter had chicken (as pictured) and said it was really nice and tender.The staff were really polite and friendly. Taye served us and he was ever so attentive. It has been a while since I've eaten at Nando's to be honest. In the past, I believe I used to have a bean wrap. The food was really nice and obviously fresh as it is cooked when you order meaning it is not just sitting around.The ordering process has changed which was very convenient. You can scan the barcode and order straight to your table. You only need to get up to get your cutlery and other condiments.The atmosphere was nice and chilled. My daughter enjoyed the music! She only drinks water, so there is not much to say about that! However, my mother and I opted for ginger ale, which was really nice and refreshing. It was not too sweet like a typical ginger beer, but it had a little more spice to it!Vegetarian options: There are a lot more vegetarian options now than when I used to come to Nando's many years ago. It is nice to see more inclusivity on the menu.

Very polite staff. When we arrived there were no spaces for our party of 5. They couldn't apologise enough for us having to wait. After a 10-minute or so wait, we were shown our table. My only criticism is that the two tables they put together for us didn't provide enough space for 5. As always, when our food arrived, it was tasty and cooked to everyones preference. I myself like my chicken well done and extra hot. When we were ready to leave, they once again apologised for our initial wait. A pleasant experience overall.

This was the first time I had been to the Lewisham branch. I attended lunchtime and was able to find a table with ease. The staff were polite and assisted me in adding the points manually.The food was ready in 10 minutes and was flavoured.Would recommend visiting.Parking is an issue. However, there is a public car park that's hourly.Good news, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.Parking: Public paid car park 5 minutes away walking distance from the restaurant 12 Clarendon Rise London SE13 5ESWheelchair accessibility: Seating available on the ground floor. The entrance door, when fully open, can fit a standard wheelchair.

Amazing. The food was very tasty, especially the chicken which was very spicy and crispy. The peri peri fries were spicy and had a great taste. The cost of a Full platter is a cheap price and a healthy one.
