My driver went to use the cash machine and was there for 10 minutes or less. We got a parking ticket stating he was there until 2am, over 3 hours. Absolutely scandalous. We can't disprove this, so I would advise everyone to avoid this service station.

Yes still happening I was very pleased when I found out a jet car wash in Lewisham then a couple of days later I received a 100£ the owner know of this problem and is still happening it's a huge scam , this is absolutely ridiculous you cannot talk with anyone about the fine they force you to send an email for then force to pay .

Confused to see all the negative reviews here because I was taken aback by how well organised the place seemed to be.Clean facilities, tidy shop, wide selection of products, friendly staff and situated with a Subway & Pret just in-case.Did not use pressure washer- cannot comment lol

Received a parking fine that I disputed as I was using their services and they rejected it. For the services that the station offers the allowed ‘on site’ time is ridiculous and some might say purposely low so that the car parking company can obtain tickets! I will no longer be using this station and it’s disgusting that the owner is allowing their customers be subjected to daylight robbery! Just FYI I disputed the ticket and they declined so I have to pay the fine otherwise it doubles in costs!

Don't use the car wash! Costs £4 but you get a £100 parking fine.
The night service is terrible. I know they close the doors in the evenings...but the service is so rude and is like they can not be bothered... is a shame cause shell is a well known establishment that the people can trust ...not no more??

I went to use the power wash at this station at the beginning of August and had to queue because there were cars in the bays. When one became free I washed my car and left. A couple of weeks later I received a penalty from Euro Car Parks for £100 and even though I had debit card evidence that I used the car wash they rejected my appeal. I now have to waste more time appealing to POPLA. I will not be using this station ever again and suggest anyone reading this avoids using the car wash there too. Complete scam!

Be careful. I used their power wash and other facilities and got a PCN from Euro Car Parks, the company we all love.If you do use their power wash, pay with a card, a proof might be needed.A very sneaky, to say the least.
