Not worth the 1 star but had to select to leave a review.Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese that's not what I got. I was given a beef burger with mayo and lettuce (that i didnt ask for) and no cheese. I called the store to make a complaint and was greeted by rude, unhelpful, unapologetic staff. Instead was told I am a liar and he put cheese in it. As you can see from the pictures that was not the case. I did not ask for mayo and lettuce either. He then when on to say he doesn't care and it doesn't affect him. The chips were cold and under cooked, the wrong drink was sent and the chicken wings tasted old. The chicken fillet burger, well im stilI wondering where the chicken went. I will never order from Top hut again.

Do not order from this time wasting shop. Don't pick up food won't refund you and will deliver hours later than they say food will be cold and driver does not care ! Maybe you shouldn't run a business if you don't know how or are incapable of doing so

Awful pizza. The same as a school dinner or VERY cheap buffet. Ordered 2 for 1 deal. One of the pizzas that turned up was burnt and had to be thrown into the bin. Neither of them had the extra ingredients that was paid for.

Always order from here. Today food arrived cold with damaged containers. My spaghetti sauce was all over the place! The spaghetti was uncooked and inedible! Tasted like its gone off! Called the restaurant and the person was so unhelpful saying he knows we are their customers, went on to say “how is the food cold?” instead of giving refund or send a new one. They wont do anything and said “next time next time” No sorry or anything. there won’t be a next time from us! Very disappointed with the service!

You'll be served quicker by a snail on tranquillisers!13:09 I ask for a chicken burger meal.They are moving super slow and would rather stop and talk to each other13:20 I ask is it ready yet as I have a train to catch, they say it's coming (they take a piece of chicken from Heather thing where they keep it, then move it to under the heater where they grilled my bun, presumably to reheat it)13:26 I say forget it, it's taking too long and I don't want to miss my train!It doesn't take OVER 17 minutes to put together a chicken burger meal!PS. Food rating on the door = 4, hygiene on the inside is more a 2PPS. Speed poor, hygiene poor, food potentially poor (I never got it, but reheating chicken that way is NOT good!)I guess I dodged a bullet!

The person I spoke to on the phone when I rung them about my order was very abrupt and rude to me. No customer service skills or peoples skills and I don't think they care either. I won't be ordering from them again.

Order regularly. It say 1.5l of drink . Last 4 orders only 1.25l bottles arrived.

Time wasters. Accepting money and not delivering. Not picking up the phone. And they will tell that they delivered the food ? so you will not able to get the refund. What a lame ??

Ribs were just fat, and pizza was cooked on top but pizza dough was raw! Wouldn't feed to a dog, Tried to call and left a voicemail have had no response! Recommend not to order from here.

I was a regular customer. Very disappointed to the last few deliveries. Cold food and late. I contacted them a few times but was given abuse down the phone! The pizzas also have hardly anything on them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

Nasty kitchen and dirty shop. Food is trash, like really trash. The food is really slap dash. Go elsewhere and spend the money your belly deserves on better food and cleaner hygiene.

Horrible service, called the restaurant to inform them that we only received only chips for one of the meals ordered. Straightaway we were told that we were wrong and lying and we weren't even offered an apology. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to receive incomplete orders and be called a liar.

If I could give a zero I would. I would never order from them again it all went in the bin except the chips the rest was rubbery and chewy. I spent £30 on a load of rubbish not happy I would not give it to a dog do not buy from here .
