Some of the staff allow dogs in the shop.. others will not. Food equally as hit & miss.. more often than not, it's undercooked soggy goop.

Went in to Greggs portobello rd. For some toasties sandwiches meal.The manager went to put them into the oven, the black plastic tray for the oven, was filthy dirty, full of crumbs and dried food.I asked the manger to please clean it as it is a health and safety hazard, if you had an inspection you will fail. The manager was rude and said I will have to put it in the dishwashing and wash it, I asked him to yes please wash it.I have noticed that this shop is very dirty lately and this particular incident has now made me realise I can't buy anything from this shop again.

A few months ago an obese older black woman who worked there was extremely rude and was making fun of disabled people.

Worst experience ever. After waiting on line for 15 min and informing them that someone had just stolen drinks they didnt allow me to buy anything because of me having my dachshund with me.Both ladies were extremely rude to me. Any dog owners make sure to stay away from this place

First of all I used to be a great fan of Greggs. I was there in the one portabello road today and the lovely man who normally serve there isn’t there and it’s the manager there. Must get a good service right. Had a bacon roll and asked for a bit of ketchup on top. Ketch up was right by the man and he said it’s only for breakfast roll customers and we used to give people but they started taking too much and Greggs stopped it. I am ashamed to have even brought anything from Greggs ever and you really need to retrain your staff and start from Manager. What happened to great English values. If people are taking too much pour it yourself and I have literally apologised for other Greggs users and pleaded him as I can’t have it without a bit of tomato sauce.
