Ive never been to such a bad kfc in my life.Service was terrible and the food was a disaster.The chicken was unseasoned and tastes like somebody trew it in a dishwasher.The chips tastet like somebody stolz fiveguys Fries and let them sit for 5 daysBut the lights look good

I'm not impressed with the customer service.My parents were treated with no help. They had a military and blue light card discount. But was refused a discount.We understand that the process of the discount has now changed.. but it was the manner in which the staff member explained it.It is quite frustrating, not happy at all.

The place smells so bad. Service is bad.Ordered original chicken, gave me fire wings instead. Could’ve told me at the till but chose not to (the kitchen wasn’t even cooking, they just served from a pile of ready made chicken, so they know what’s available and what isn’t).Chips are soggy and gross.Not clean either.

Yes, as a KFC should be, maybe even a little better. But the men's wc in the basement... oh so disgusting! Dont go there - even if you are in panic! :-)

Nice food, but it appeared under staffed when I visited with customers having to wait a long time to get their food. Not a fault of the staffs however, because they were working brilliantly under the circumstances.
