I visit this Starbucks every now and then. It has recently been refurbished and it's lovely. Clean. Bright. Spacious. I was served today by a lady called Min. Incredible service from the moment I walked in. Always smiling. Min is a great asset to the team. I look forward to my next visit.

The most horrible customer service I ever experienced.I even can’t give one star to this store.There’s a lady who looks an old lady with glasses and i don’t remember her name but it starts with “L”.While i’m waiting for her to get my order, after she changed a bin bag, she didn’t change her gloves or didn’t wash her hands and she took my order and I don’t know why she gave me bad eyes over her glasses.“With her dirty gloves”, she grabbed my croissant. She really made me feel unpleasant.I ordered small size latte but she overcharged me and there’s a staff who wears green apron and she told the old lady she has to refund me but the old lady didn’t do it and tried to ignore the refund. But my coffee is good.I’ve seen the old lady a few times and she always has grumpy face and very rude.I’ve visited the store a few times and other staffs are really friendly and nice but I don’t know why they still keep the horrible staff.

Customer service needs huge improvement, there are always the same issues with these coffee shops, short stuff and people keep moving to different jobs as they can't find themselves working for a minimum wage.

Coffe no great, other cafes in London have much much nice coffee. They are so proud of being eco friendly whatever but they give you a plastic lid everytime you order a coffe even though is for inside. I guess they don't want to spend money we washing the cups ?.

The best customer service and the best team out of all other numerous coffee places in Holland Park avenue. Great, chilled atmosphere. Great place for working remotely. Believe me when I tell you that other coffee places nearby are either pretence, attracting 'certain' types of customers (either instagrammers or Holland-park-resident-wannabees!!! and most have bad/ mediocre customer service.Starbucks on the other hand is forever classic and attracts genuine, real, quality people ;))

I don't know where to start... Ever since I've visit Starbucks in the last 8 years... The previous baristas was absolutely fantastic and friendly but now... It is awful! The beverages in the last few months is not always up to standard anymore - I had to pray for a certain barista to make one each time I visit. furthermore, copy of times, I've eavesdropped Ula, one of the longest barista whispering with the colleagues about customers - I felt this was extremely unprofessional and immature. A lot of regulars have stopped visiting. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Never again! Ordered Medium Americano with Oat milk, got a black Americano. Last week I ordered two large Soya Matcha Tea Lattes, one was half empty. They do however charge correct prices for all drinks! Absolute horrible service.
