Poor lady runs the Saturday shift all by herself. She is then forced to close at 2pm for some reason. Horrible management to make 1 person do a Saturday shift all by herself. If youre gonna make her do twice the work, then give her twice the salary!

Love the coffee BUT I just overheard one of the Italian waiters comparing costumers to dogs in a very derogatory tone... I'm not sure if this was in direct reference to me. I was puzzled because we had a seemingly polite and friendly interaction. He said it in Italian thinking I wouldn't understand...I know working in hospitality is hard but if your heart is not in it and you are miserable, you should look for a job in another sector.

This cafe Nero is an absolute gem because it is located on Holloway road in a department store it's thriving with community, you regularly see the same people and they're also so happy to be here.The staff, they absolutely brilliant the reason why the cafe is so lovely to be. Each and every one of them is so friendly and truly wants to help you, one of the best customer service I've ever had not only in a cafe Nero but cafes in general.I've lived near holloway road now for over 4 years, and I've always overlooked it because of the location (inside a store), how wrong I was. I am so pleased I started to come here and now I visit on a regular basis. Well done to all the staff for making it such a lovely environment, you're what makes coffee shops so great to spend time in.

the manager which hardly moves she is romanian got worst customer service which not going to go again to nero coffeshop because of her rude manners.i dont reccomend no one to go there which she hardly even speak english and she represent herself as manager. shame on this company

I like this cafe and they serve nice coffee. BUT, as with so many other Caffe Nero, they need at least one more member of staff. The two here are rushed off their feet and look utterly miserable and dejected There is no tine to wipe the tables when they are cleared, and the cups are smashed into the dishwasher. Why are there no windows open? Covid all around, and this place us full of coughing, spluttering children. One more staff could transform the experience for everyone. Sad.

It's a Neros ... very similar to most others. Good seating. Friendly staff. Good coffee. The selection of food and snacks has declined due to the pandemic -- no surprise there. Nonetheless a solid choice if you want a coffee.
