I don't know why but this pret has the tastiest coffee for me. The staff are always extremely friendly. There was one girl on particular I think she may be from India (very sorry if you're not!!) Shes soo friendly and accommodating. 5*
I can't vouch for all of the food but I have limited experience with their menu. They are a bit overpriced but I've not had any issues with freshness or taste.I give a 4 star for service because it can be hit or miss. You're either going to get someone who will brighten that hour of the day, or someone who will be incompetent.(I asked the person serving me to add cold water to make the green tea warm, not hot. They repeated what I said and I confirmed, then they poured boiling...read full review

This is my favourite Pret to go to, the staff here are so unbelievably kind and patient, (compared to the Pret on Brick Lane where they do not want you to be there). Thank you Holloway Road Pret for making my day today and every day!
