Another terrible cup of coffee from Starbucks. How many times will they fool me? Their coffee should be half decent but either the people making it are not well trained or the machines are not maintained properly. Around the city 8 out of 10 cups from S are terrible. This time I ordered a flat white and it was disgusting: I could make a better tasting drink out of cigarettes butts.

Joey made my day this morning! My card was declined and I couldn‘t pay and wanted to leave already but he said the order is on him - this was a service I haven‘t experienced in a while. Thanks to Joey for the Caramel Macchiato & Croissant, very appreciated.

Ended up in Starbucks Caledonian Rd by chance. Such a lovely place to enjoy my morning coffee! This branch is one of the cleanest I’ve been to, and I was welcomed by friendly staff. Good way to start the day. These people know what they’re doing; customer service is spot on. Jay, the manager, was so professional and patient with clients and his staff, helped me with my order and I got an amazing coffee. I’ll gladly return here anytime.

There was SUCH a rude collogue i wish i got her name but she needs to fix up because i dont know why she had so much attitude as if she was working a hard job when the shop was literally empty she looked at me and my friend was rudely and talked with disgusting attitude il acc never come here again she pissed me off, AND they didnt even make my drink right and started charging me for random stuff

The women behind the counter made me wait for 2 minutes while they finished their personal conversation. And then the one that served me was extremely rude to me. I ordered a matcha iced latte and there was hardly any matcha in it.
Considering how much Starbucks charge for a ham & cheese toastie & a venti mocha (£11.25), I would have expected this branch to be in a better condition.It felt tacky & requires a good furnishings freshen up. Toilets were also not looked after along with no toilet paper & a broken hand soap dispenser. Staff appear not to make any attempt to keep it reasonably clean.Staff themselves were polite whilst being served.

The coffee today was absolutely disgusting, burnt and no taste to caramel syrup or coconut milk at all. The worst coffee I’ve ever had in a long time. Ruined my day, never ever coming back to this store again, avoid at all costs. Staff doesn’t seem to care much
