shocking, rude staff poor service drinks was mostly water 75 o/o water 25 o/o coke never again, and to think this place cost me 16 quid for 2 rolls and a drink, avoid this place, never thought i’d be saying this but it’s. cheaper at mackies over the rd ???

Worst customer service and worst behaviour from the employees (SPECIFICALLY FROM HASAN AND SOME GIRL WHO WASNT WEARING THE NAME TAG NOR DID SHE TOLD ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED HER AT 13:40 ON07/03/2024) of Subway of specifically this branch of Subway (Holloway road near London metropolitan University) . Being a Subway fan this is the first time I have experienced the worst kind of customer service from particularly this branch . I took 3.99 saver meal and as the hoarding doesn't says only two veggies allowed not the employees explain us I asked if I can get any other veggies instead of tomato so instead of explaining that meal doesn't include it he got rude and said that " From the next time don't ask for anything" . I replied that you should inform customers about the meal to which a girl jumped in and shown finger to me and got very rude with high voice and started fighting with me . Unfortunately there are no managers or responsible person to handle the rudeness of employees. I asked her name so she said that go complaint I don't care .Disgusting behaviour subway . Just imagine you go to eat food after a tiring day and you get this behaviour. Wat a shame.

Jess served on the highest customers skills. Fresh food. Excellent place for quick meals. Fridge always full of cold drinks.

Convenient location, near underground station, Emirates stadium, university campuses, and student accommodation. Small area inside, food and service not bad.

Ordered a steak footling, asked for all salad no olives, pickles or jalapeño as requested, alongside no cheese which again I requested. Disappointing

Cashier (Hassan) refused to honour the subway listens free cookie policy stating "you get nothing got free and have to pay" was also very stingy with the quantities of salad and sauce. Was overall quite rude and hostile but made me pay in advance so I have no choice but to just stomach it as if I hadn't already paid I'd probably have walked out.

£4 is the most a 6" meals should be here. But they will try and raid £12+ for it.Go if you have coupons, don't if you don't.?

I doubt their food is fresh cus immediately after eating here I was severely sick , vomiting in my unis toilet non stop. The chicken and salad were off. Just beware as you might need to run out of a lecture holding your own vomit in your bare hands.Not clean , stale, contaminated
