Do not order the steak.After ordering a 25 pound steak I was given a tough steak and a butter knife to cut it with. I asked for a steak knife and was told i could not have one, when I later complained the manager told me they would have cut it in the kitchen but I was not offered to have it cut for me when I asked for the knife. I also did not receive any chips with my meal which were ordered. When paying the bill I brought my dissatisfaction to my waiter who directed me to a manager. After saying this to staff they did not take it seriously and were rude, about the whole situation. They said they would remove the price of the side and give a 20% discount. Overall a bad experience with unhelpful staff.

We had a great experience whilst waiting for our flight today ! The service was fantastic by our server Amit Ghandi and the manager on shift was also very accommodating! Great start to our holiday .. thank you !

Service was terrible, uncommunicative staff. I ordered the same as the person I went with, his food was brought out only after I followed up the server asking where our food was (after about a 15 minute wait), our food was brought out incomplete, his eggs came out but mine did not. And after following it up yet again after the server said the eggs were coming 10 minutes ago he replied in a very rude manner “I told you they were coming”. Baked beans were atrocious, truly the poorest of quality. Would not reccomend.
