“Shop” was closed at 8:30pm?The shop has been closed from midnight until 4am for months (which is annoying as a night shift worker).. however why would it be shut so early? 8:30pm for an M&S Bp at a pretty major location is a bit ridiculous really.The BP further down which is normally 24hrs is also shut tonight due to some night works on the A4. Wouldn’t it be wise to at least open your doors at Henly’s while this goes on?

Hi,On 29 Oct 2023 at around 6:30 p.m -6:50 p.m I was using pump number 3 after refuelling, my wife went to pay for the bill, the person at the counter asked for the membership card which I don’t have, As she was trying to pay my bill amount he (the person at counter) started asking questions further more asking her “do you drive” she refused to say but replied “I don’t drive” again he said “I was shocked if you drive” by making fun of her height. I don’t understand how he can be a racist towards her appearance after all he is representing bp UK. Can’t we pay simple and make a way out. Do we need this type of customer service from bp? As I was not expecting this.Thank you

This site is no longer a proper 24h station, they shut the doors at night and refuse to get you anything. Despite 4 members of staff wandering around aimlessly. They wouldn’t even let the Police through the door at 1am and were quite rude to them. Such a shame, as was a good site originally. This isn’t temporary either it’s been like this for months.

Great petrol station - of course petrol stations are now having to provide extra services (no, not those services!!) Electric car chargers and grocery stores etc (M&S) these chargers are always working too. Which makes visiting here a predicable experience.

Lovely petrol station located in ideal location close to Heathrow. Has a wide array of food and drinks to choose from. I order from here using Deliveroo regularly, the delivery is always speedy and driver very friendly.
