Rude staff, cold and uneatable food. Staff just chilling and laughing not willing to help customers. Paid 8 pounds for a cold burger and some onion rings they might have left over from the day before.

Place itself looks fine but the pricing strategy makes no sense. Exact same items at more than double price because it's \\\"service station\\\" instead of \\\"high street\\\" location. Defeats the purpose of single brand, the main reason why people go to such chains, knowing what is available and at which price.

Omg I hope some1 changes the staff around becouse it's not working.for a fast food place every1 is very slow and some staff are just walking around chatting away as customers wait. Its amazing there head office have not picked up on it. On visits.
