One of the best coffee around hounslow. Great environment and vibe. Staffs supercool and friendly. They are really helpful and have seen them helping senior citizens many times. Really great place to grab a coffee and enjoy with friends and family.

staff are rude here, I wanted to go to toilets and they denied saying its closed in a very rude manner although shop was openI asked for an extra cup and again this guys were like “ no you cannot have extra paper cup”

Went to buy a hot chocolate using three voucher and pay using Caffè nero app. When I was trying to pay using the Caffè nero app and it didn't go through. The staff kept saying either its cash or card only. I said that I always pay through app. He kept saying its cash or card. He was utterly rude and disrespectful. Didn't even bother to treat a customer properly. Shame on Caffè nero to treat their customers like this.Using three vouchers doesn't mean I am not paying for my drink. All customers must be treated equally. I have been to this specific shop and paid using the same app while using three voucher before. This was the first time someone told me and treated me this

Very bad service, unfriendly staff, they don’t let the customers use the washrooms and when I asked for an empty cup for the kid to cool down her drink they rudly refused. 1 star for cafe nerro,s hot chocolates which I usually buy.

This specific individual's behavior was concerning, indicating a need for immediate training in customer service. I found this staff member to be exceptionally rude and argumentative. Even when I attempted to address a simple issue, her response was far from professional and also displayed a lack of basic manners. What is even more disconcerting is that this is not an isolated incident; I have observed this same staff member engaging in arguments with other customers on numerous occasions. To ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, I strongly recommend that the management takes swift action to provide additional training for this particular staff member at Caffe Nero in Hounslow. This training should encompass basic manners, effective communication, and conflict resolution techniques. It is crucial to instill in every employee the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy.

If you've been to one of these, then you've been to them all but I did find a nice little tucked away area here for a quiet coffee and food for the family.All was good, the coffee was strong and everyone is happy. I also like the accessible usb plug sockets.

Pathetic Staff.. I visited this evening and the time was around 6:15. The guy on the counter was in a hurry for closing and was annoyed as I ordered my drinks in multiple orders. Seriously hospitality in such coffee shops needs to we worked and the guys should be throughly trained before getting placed.Worst experience.
