Quaint little cafeteria hidden away from the throngs of tourists in Terminal 3. There is a very strict policy against bringing your own liquids here but the generous serving of water in my peppermint tea made up for this. Overall, worth the trip from Terminal 1.

Arrived by plane went to terminal 3 cafe Nero. Served by a surly young female staff ( if you don't like a front facing position this is not the job for you!) Also staff predominantly spoke to each other in another language sharing jokes ect I don't think it's professional. All it did was mark the difference between customer service here and abroad. Ordered a flat white that looks like seashore foam.

Worst service ever. We visited today and ordered 4 coffees and a pannini, dint even heat the milk, there was literally no coffee in our mocha. The panini was heated to the point it was a struggle to bite. The staff were in a hurry to close therefore provided the worst service ever. will never go back. 18 pounds down the drain.

Your usual airport café. It offers good coffee and the expected assortment of snacks, beverages, and refreshments. Unfortunately, it has a small seating area, and more often than not you'll have to find other places to sit down and enjoy your coffee. As one of the few cafés at the airport, it does get very busy

Good for a quick snack and coffee.

Disappointing at a premium price!... if nobody says anything, bad quality will continue.. so I'll say it.. I will never buy food here again & neither should you - the coffee was nice though..the photo attached says it all. the egg salad seeded roll on the left is made in our shop, retails for £2.99 ... the sausage roll on the right is from Nero's Heathrow terminal 3, retails for £5.00, didn't even have a butter spread on the roll..

Coffee is always good, but the staff at this location on Friday Eve June 10th @ 19.30 is just plainly and painfully incompetent. No control, just chatting away, queue building and not even noticed when you want to out order in. Quite a few grumbles in the queue but they didn't mind obviously.Nero, get a decent brigade and barristas serving, this bunch is incompetent and beyond slow...I mean 3 people to unwrap tosti sandwiches to toast whilst the queue builds up? Who's in charge, get decent staff in!!! ?

6 servers all milling around behind the counter and joking, queue of customers not being served. When I was served and asked for non dairy milk, I was told they don't do that. Then requested an iced chai latte and I was told they could not serve that. I asked for a chai latte and a cup of ice and again the server laughed and said he could not serve me that. I've ordered iced chai at other Nero's and it's never been an issue. First 1 star review, but deservedly so when the servers were more concerned with making each other laugh than providing any type of customer service.

It's a welcome place to stretch ones legs and have a decent coffee after a long flight. It's right in front of the lifts that would take you to the short stay car park. It's also a convenient meeting point if you are waiting for someone to pick you up.

My visit to this Cafe was humiliating, with complete disregard for my family's safety (including our 7yr old son). One of the other customers started shouting on my wife and I because we queued up in the parallel line just as you'd normally do (there was clear signage indicating you could queue on both sides and I had other customers queuing behind us too). When we requested the staff to sort it out and/or call security, the guy behind the counter started laughing on me and told me not to increase problems for them! I write a complaint to Nero Cafe and the customer support replied exactly once to enquire which cafe it was and then went utterly silent. I'm still waiting to hear on my complaint - 2 months and counting. Will never visit any of the Nero Cafes in future. There are plenty of other cafes where you don't need to lose your respect.

Worst slowest coffee shop. An absolute joke. 6 staff just chat and move slowly from one side to another, while having queues of 20+ people. Unacceptable at best of times, let alone in an airport!!

It could be the sleep deprivation and having no idea if it’s morning or night, but dang that was a good scone (okay maybe the clotted cream and jam). The cappuccino was lovely and for how busy it was they were kind and quick. And unnecessarily apologetic for the long line (it’s 8 am in an airport of course it’s crazy)

No queue. I bought a bacon, brie and cranberry panini, a packet of salted kettle crisps a latte coffee and I got a bonus star on my cafe Nero app from the Christmas cracker promotion that's happening at the moment
