This shop is disgusting the guy behind the counter was using a dirty cloth with chemicals on it cleaning the work tops he then did not wash his hands I also told him to he did not listen he then was making food with the same hands, they also gave us rotten chicken pakoras then we took the cod fish home and it was horrible nasty I have a bad stomach ache never going back to a nasty horrible un hygienic shop again

Completely defies the point of ‘fast food’ because you will stand there waiting for your below average food for a good 20-30minutes with no sense of urgency. Everyone is moving like sloths and have no professionalism and fail to communicate with customers waiting at the till. Constantly speaking in own language about customers and lack any sort of cleanliness.

Anyone looking for cupping/Hijama contact @AfterHourCuppingHounslow west has similar deals to other chicken cottages. I had 20 wings for £10 i was survived fast and the chicken was good.Only negative is the location, Hounslow west can be quite dirty

At this place the food and service are ok but the atmosphere isn't. They don't clean the tables immediately after the use and also don't clean the floor if something is spilled and no sign of wet floor or caution.

First visit and ordered 2 garlic half chickens. It's been a very long time since I had chicken this good. It was hot and moist with excellent flavor. The 2 workers I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again

Ordered the half chicken with garlic to go, it was delicious. This is the first time in a long time that I had chicken this good. It was hot, fresh,moist and flavorful. The staff were excellent. Will definitely return.

Disgraceful restaurant. Rude staff, incompetent. Avoid if you actually want your food to show up. Took 1 hour to deliver 1 piece of chicken, and upon calling the restaurant, the staff were rude and laughed me off the phone.
Went quite late. Not sure if this branch is priced higher than others?They were limted in strips so couldn't order what I wanted. Placed a large order.Personally I thought the fillet burgers were a little over done but other familly members loved it!Strips varied in size and also over done and dry in my opinion.Not much else to say really.Spacious brach compared to others with adequate seating.missed my beans with the order!

See photos. It was a dump, and staff throwing burgers in fryers using bare hands. Chicken been fried with French fries. Staff not worried about the seating area. And to top it off one guy already cleaning for closing at 22:30 while the other staff was determined to feed us food with detergent sauce (not funny). No manger and he probably doesn’t care. Chicken cottage brand at risk and again chicken cottage doesn’t care.

Been ordering here for about 3 years. Ordered today (23/05/2023). It’s good chicken, I order the grilled chicken 2 for 1 all the time when it’s the promotion on Uber eats. The chicken is good when the person who cooks them adds extra sauce to dip the chicken into, otherwise it’s just dried chicken. Hats off to the cook who adds the extra sauce!!! Otherwise without the extra sauce, it’s just plain chicken.
