A nice branch of Costa Coffee, friendly staff, good selections of sweet treats, they do run out of toasties because it is so busy and get be difficult to find seating during the weekends.

I believe this chain is equivalent to DD in the USA. They are everywhere and stores are always packed for breakfast. We decided to give it a try and it is a decent coffee place. If you are a coffee aficionado and drink strong Hispanic coffee this is the closes you will find.

Staff seem eager to not make you come back.Service extremely slow, tables are always dirty. Most staff members have not been taught customer service skills, do not like being told how you want your coffee; if you ask for a certain temperature for your milk, they would add cold milk on the brew spoiling the texture, and they're always changing staff so being charged to getting your brew is a much longer process than it should be.I've seen some badly run Costas before, this is right at the top of the list.

was served by a tall, short haired brunette barista who was very snappy and rude to me and my mother. after making a mistake with my iced latte, there was no apology from them at any point. super unfriendly service and i do not want to come back at any point. they also were very rude to other customers who or darker skin didn’t speak english, rolling their eyes at them and being super impatient with them. i don’t know if the barista was having a bad day but it doesn’t give them an excuse to treat customers differently

Bought 3 frappe and they gave me Frappe without the cream and when I asked for the cream on frappe they said they haven’t charged me fir the cream . Are you serious? I paid £12 for 3 Frappe and frappe comes with a cream . Like seriously what a rip off
