Good KFC chicken but having self service.

This is really unacceptable. They are taking 40 mins to deliver the food at the drive through. If you don’t have enough staff then please hire few. But this is really annoying. They are chatting and laughing inside. Instead of working. They have really bad management.

Chicken was cold, dry, and hard. It was obviously food left over from the day before.They regularly leave things out of your order.They give smaller portions or old chicken if your buying anything on offer.They lie about the KFC app not working.Bad customer service. They think everyone is to dumb to realise their tactics.I use to go regularly, but have now blacklisted them.The shop is quite empty, so others have probably realised aswell.

The experience was absolutely terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes just to place an order after being ignored for so long. Nobody understood English well other than the manager and customer service was extremely poor. Will never be going back to this place again.

Absolutely unacceptable. You charged me twice now for a meal almost £40 worth each time and we come home just to find the order is incorrect and missing. After last time we thought to give it another try so Tonight after finishing work in Heathrow we went to the drive through, asked for the christmas special burger to be told we dont have now , really!!! No apology either. So ordered 3 ZINGER TOWER Trilogy bix meal with SUPERCHARGER Twister and reach home starving to find the burgers plain zinger , chicken strip piece smaller than pop corn,one side missing and the worst was I confirmed 3 times from the time of ordering that it was ZINGER TOWERS as this has happened before. Teach your staff how to take orders and process them correctly. Taking people's money and orders missing. Unbelievable!! Definitely WORST KFC restaurant I have ever been to.

Great service. Chicken was actually fresh and cooked properly. One of the best KFCs around. The new fries are fantastic.

They always get my drive thru order spot on, however this time they got it slightly wrong and had to get inside to get things sorted. Was given my meal choice with no issues .

Staff behaviour is not good for delivery guys mostly in night (11pmto 1:30 am)They are very slow working because the main door is closed . Nd they don't know how talk to others people mostly ladies staff is not good ??,my humble request you please take action. ThanksVegetarian options: Good

I’ve been living in India for a year but this was hands down the best vegan burger I’ve ever had. Please bring this to India. The KFC in New Delhi is just awful for vegetarians. Very clean. Friendly staff. Walking distance from Moxy hotel. There’s a Starbucks on the same lot for a caffeine fix.

The service provided by the ladies working there is exceptional. I got here just before they closed on Friday night 11/11/23 and was offered the best options to fulfill my initial order.

I ordered a 3 piece meal on the app,got to the drive thru and added two chilli bites tobmy order,as i got to the lady at the payment window she said £16.45 i said id paid on the app and only owed for the two chilli bites,the lady called the manager over then i paid £5.48,i was given one bag with just two pieces of chicken in,the lady said i could leave i have my order,I explained it was not my order,the manager lady comes over they speak in their language indian it was,i was then given another bag with 3 pieces of chicken in,and was told to leave because i had my order,by this time people are hooting in the queue,i said iv no drink no bites or chips,was given my drink and told to wait in a bay and was assured the bites and chips would be two minutes,i waited 20 minutes i assumed they forgot about me,i went through the drive thru again for a refund,i spent a total of 40 minutes in a fast food gaff lol whoever put that young girl on the drive thru till should be spoken to,not the girls fault il blame her boss,oh and don’t expect an apology for terrible customer service ?just waiting on a refund,if you want a laugh go there and watch the auntie who bags the food,her interaction between the screen the bag is a joy to behold,ko leadership what so ever,they dont even talk to each other so no wonder orders are forgot.

I liked it :) might be I was very very hungry ? and couldn’t resist eating a huge meal.Very helpful staff and my food was so fresh, piping hot and delicious.Tower burger ? ohh loved it :)Vegetarian options: Not sure if they anything for vegetarian people.

Ordered some food. Starving after a busy day of travelling. Order was an hour late. Driver showed up at the wrong hotel. Realised there had been a hotel mix up and instead of travelling 5 minutes down the road left the food in the reception of the wrong hotel. Asked for a refund and never received it. Now hungry, down 17 quid. Never eat here. I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m sorry this is disgraceful.

Can’t believe how much KFC have put their prices up !! A burger on its own is now more than a box meal was 18 months ago. I know prices have gone up but this is a 75% rise ,,,,,, food still great but won’t be having as often ,,
