Good service, meal is ok, staffs are friendly and very helpful. In case the receipt doesn't come out due to paper out or paper jam, just ask the staff. The cleaning service is superb. The guests should contribute to keep the toilet clean! It's located in the town centre of Hounslow.

When I entered, the atmosphere was pretty nice and calm, however, when I went to order, the receipt never came out! To make matters worse, when I got the chips, they were soggy and had barely any flavour! The good thing was that the food came quick and it came with 2 free dips!

Had delivery via McDonald's app delivered by uber. My meal was completely missing my partner got his. no answer from McDonald's called uber who refunded my meal but says I'd have to re pay the £3.99 delivery to get my meal! Guy from uber abdulhamam was extremely rude. This is the 2nd of 3 orders from the app that was wrong will be deleting the app and using just eat from now on and going to travellers friend McDonald's.

I kid you not when I say I'm likely to get my milkshake only 3 times out of ten.

Always very busy. Especially weekends. Long queues for collection and ordering. Space very narrow for collection. Hard to pass other customers with tray to get upstairs or find space downstairs. Even trough app orders i have to wait more then 5 min.
